Come join us Saturday the 11th at 7:30pm for a guided stretch session to breathe, stretch, and restore our muscles ad mindfulness. This is an opportunity to try something new and shed the stress of the previous week. You will feel refreshed by the time the activity ends.
Wear comfy clothrd and bring a towel/blanet/mat/pillow/cushion to sit on. This will be a low impact activity, no flexibility, no athletic ability needed. Modifications will be provided for those who want more intense poses. Note this is not a Yoga Class.
This will be held in the Union Square Building (144 W 15th St).
